Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop Series

Dive into a transformative 4-week workshop tailored for parents and caregivers of dependents with disabilities. This unique series harnesses the power of expressive arts to provide participants with a sanctuary for self-expression, exploration, and rejuvenation. No prior experience with art is necessary! The simplicity of the activities is designed to cater to sensory stimulation, imagination, and deep reflection.
Session 1
Workshop Dates: Feb. 7, 14 (couples night), 21, 28 (Wednesday evenings, 6-8pm)
Location: Park Room at Christ Church Cathedral (690 Burrard St, Vancouver)
Session 2
Workshop Dates: Feb 10, 17, 24 & Mar 2 (Saturday mornings, 10am-12pm)
Location: Aegis Community Inclusion Program (100- 321 Sixth Street, New Westminster)
Commitment: Attend all four sessions, with one session inviting a partner or friend to join you.
