On August 30, 2016, posAbilities hosted a free community drumming circle — “Keep the Beat for Mental Health” — led by drum facilitator, Lulu Leathley. A LuluJam is a unique musical experience — drums, bells, shakers and wooden instruments are placed in a circle of chairs and people from all ages and walks of life join in rhythm games, song and lots of laughter in musical fun. Let’s continue building community through rhythm!
