Red Shirt Day of Action for Accessibility and Inclusion

June 2nd marks Red Shirt Day, an event that’s been put on by Easter Seals since 2019. Wear red to show solidarity with and celebrate disabled folks and their loved ones! If you want to share the love over social media, the official hashtags are #RedShirtDay, #RedForAccessAbility, #EasterSeals, and #unstoppABLE.
You can also pledge to educate yourself on disability rights, and advocate for disabled folks in your community!
Red Shirt Day is celebrated on the Wednesday of National AccessAbility Week every year. For more information, check out its page on the Easter Seals website.
