19th Annual Transition Planning Fair for Young Adults with Special Needs

The North Shore Youth Transition Committee is preparing for the 19th Annual Transition Planning Fair for Young Adults with Special Needs. Their goal is to once again provide young people and their families with an opportunity to learn more about the many post-secondary options and community services available.
