Cultural diversity is a core strength of our organization

posAbilities’ Diversity Committee is comprised of employees who are dedicated to promoting cultural diveristy within our agency, as well as outreach to newcomers who may not know about our services.

Each year, a variety of inclusive events are planned by our programs to promote and celebrate the strength we have through diversity of culture and ability.  Events we have held include a celebration of Chinese culture in our Richmond Life Skills program, Aboriginal culture at New Transitions and all cultures at our recent Annual Picnics.
