TEAM Starbucks – Together Everybody Achieves More
Jen is a Starbucks Café Attendant who enjoys her job and receives support through posAbilities Employment Service. She recently made a presentation about her employer’s expectations to job seekers within the service. The information was well received, as Jen has a lot of first hand knowledge and experience to share. She has worked for various employers.
Sander, the store manager where Jen works, recently shared the following with Employment Specialist Seema Tripathi, “Jennifer is an extremely responsible person. When she comes in at work I do not have to tell her anything, she takes of her coat, organizes her personal belongings, puts on her apron, and off she goes…cleaning our cafe!” He added that during Jen’s four hour shift “she ensures that she always stays busy, and out of her own initiative, she starts cleaning areas that need a lot of attention. Jennifer always makes sure all the garbage cans are empty and she recycles all of the garbage as required by Starbucks company.”
In closing Sander says,“Jennifer is a delightful person, she has a great sense of humor. Jennifer has been with us for over six months now and has always been a great help in keeping the cafe clean. All her peers and supervisors love her! We certainly hope Jennifer will be us for years to come.”
Congratulations Jen!
