Do you have a child with Special Needs leaving high school soon (grade 10, 11 & 12)?
If you do, moving into the adult world (transitioning) is just round the corner.
We are a group of parents who have “been there and done that”!
We would like to share our experience and help make this transition
easier for you than it was for us.
Come and meet other parents, share ideas and experiences over coffee and snack
We meet on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm – 8:30pmAt one of our two locations:
1.) Westside location Pacific Spirit Community Health Centre, 2110 West 43rd @West Blvd (Oct, Dec, March, May)
2.) Eastside location Britannia Community Services Centre, 1661 Napier Street, off Commercial Drive (Nov, Feb, April, June.)
